Shoppable services are non-emergent services scheduled in advance. This allows patients to price shop and schedule a service when it's convenient for them. Some examples of shoppable services include:
- imaging and laboratory services
- medical and surgical procedures
- outpatient clinic visits
Through MyChart patients can understand out-of-pocket expenses based on what insurance covers.
