St. Mary’s Hospital to Welcome Summer Student Volunteers
May 08, 2024 02:22 PM - Every year St. Mary’s Hospital welcomes students between the ages of 14 and 18 to become part of the SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital Volunteer Services Summer Student Program. To be eligible the students must participate in a structured, hospital sponsored program.
This is an entry-level volunteer program for students who want to learn about the health care field and be exposed to the many opportunities it has to offer. During the six-week program, student volunteers can take part in a variety of duties. Students will be assigned to various areas within the hospital, both clinical and non-clinical, and assist team members in caring for patients and the community.
